Terms and Conditions

1. All prices posted are net and subject to change without notice.
2. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
3. All orders are filled within 72 hours.
4. All items may be ordered in single units unless otherwise noted.
5. Where available we have given you manufacturers suggested retail price. Where there is no manufacturers’ retail, we have suggested a price that reflects a 40% profit margin on the invoice.
6. All orders are carefully packed and double checked prior to shipment.
7. Upon receipt of your shipment, please make sure you physically count the number of cartons that you receive. Be aware that you are responsible for an accurate count and your signature insures this.
8. Within 48 hours of receiving your order all short or damaged items, whether in pieces or cases, must be reported to Bi-Lo.
9. Damaged On Delivery: Contact Bi-Lo within 48 hours from the receipt of the order to report any damaged merchandise. Customer service will issue pick-up and full credit for items damaged on delivery.
10. Incorrect Shipment: For merchandise that is incorrectly shipped, your salesperson will issue a return authorization form giving full credit.
11. All Other Returns: Bi-Lo will only accept authorized returns. All items must be in a saleable condition. Bi-Lo will not issue credit for any items that are old, discolored, discontinued, damaged or price stickered. All items on return form must be listed individually with proper item numbers.
12. Large Orders may require a WIRE as a payment method.
13. Charges: Products that Bi-Lo does accept for return, other than damaged on delivery and incorrect shipments will be credited at the original value less 40% handling charge.
