Return Policy
Damages/Shortages:
Contact Bi-Lo within 48 hours from the receipt of the order to report any shortages/damages. Customer service will issue pick-up and full credit for items damaged on delivery. Incorrect Shipment: For merchandise that is incorrectly shipped, we will issue a return authorization form giving full credit.
All Other Returns:Bi-Lo will only accept returns authorized, written, boxed and sealed. All items must be in a salable condition. Bi-Lo will not issue credit for any items that are old, discolored, discontinued, damaged or price stickered. All items on return form must be listed individually with proper item numbers. Charges:
Products that Bi-Lo does accept for return, other than damaged on delivery and incorrect shipments, will be credited at the original value less 40% handling charge.You will be responsible for any return shipping costs, unless it was a Bi-Lo packing error.
